Natalie Dolci
Project Manager
Natalie Dolci (LICSW) is the Project Manager of the National Resource Center for Cybercrimes (NRCC), an AEquitas initiative. As Project Manager of NRCC, she oversees the development of resources and publications as well as training and technical assistance on technology-facilitated abuse, nonconsensual distribution of intimate images, and cyberstalking.
Prior to joining AEquitas, Natalie was the Assistant Director of the SafeCampus Program at the University of Washington. In this capacity, she helped manage the threat assessment and violence prevention program with the University of Washington with a concentration in stalking, domestic violence, and sexual assault prevention and response.
Natalie has decades of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking. She has served as a community-based advocate in New Orleans and Seattle, where she worked as a campus-based advocate with the University of Washington, and a systems-based advocate with the Seattle Police Department’s Victim Support Team.
Natalie’s research is focused on examining regional responses to technology-enabled coercive control and how systems can improve their responses to these crimes. She, and fellow members of the Technology-Enabled Coercive Control (TECC) Working Group helped found the TECC Volunteer Clinic in Seattle.
Natalie graduated from Tulane University where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and psychology and a master’s in social work. Natalie is based in Washington State. Outside of work, Natalie loves to hike, scuba dive, cook, and travel.
