National Sexual Violence Resource Center

AEquitas - The Prosecutors' Resource on Violence Against Women and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) work together to identify emerging issues and cutting edge practices that impact the prosecution of cases of sexual assault. Working in partnership, we have created resources, co-presented webinars, and worked to increase the content in both the NSVRC library and AEquitas library.

NSVRC was created as a project of the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape in 2000 with funding from the Centers for Disease Control. NSVRC is a national information and resource hub relating to all aspects of sexual violence, and collects and disseminates a wide range of resources on sexual violence including statistics, research, position statements, statutes, training curricula, prevention initiatives and program information. NSVRC's mission is to provide leadership in preventing and responding to sexual violence through collaboration, sharing and creating resources, and promoting research.
